As I stand here with my most recent thimble find by my home PC, I wonder where this antique thimble has been. I located this particular thimble at a new antique store. I went into the shop looking for something different. Each time I go to a new shop or even an old store , I always ask if the salesman has thimbles. I make sure to communicate that I want old ones.
